Zoltan Harsanyi is a football player born on June 1, 1987 in Bratislava, Slovakia. A promising striker, he has represented the Slovakian Under-18 and Under-20 teams. In the summer of 2007, while playing for the Under-21 team, grabbed the attention of football fans in a game against England. In this game Zoltan Harsanyi scored a cheeky penalty, chipping the ball over the head of goalkeeper Joe Hart. Many commented that this was a sign of great things to come in his career in the future.
Zoltan Harsanyi started his stint in the English Premier League with the Bolton Wanderers Football Club on a loan from Football Club (FC) Senec in Slovakia during the 2006-07 season. He had a successful stint as part of the reserve team of Bolton Wanderers and scored three goals in seven matches. Impressed by his performance, Bolton boss Sam Allardyce signed him on a three year permanent deal on May 17, 2007.
